Orange Street Developments is a company that has been formed to redevelop the site currently occupied by Alpha House a three storey concrete office building constructed in the 1950’s. The building is now looking tired and no longer fit for its original purpose.

The present owners have therefore prepared a scheme for the redevelopment of this brown field site which lies in the South Wigston Conservation Area. This scheme, developed in consultation with local planners, provides additional housing for the area as well as office space that will provide further opportunties for local employment.

Planning and Demoliton consent have been obtained in accordance with the documentation displayed on the pages of this website.

Alpha House is currently unoccupied.
